Is the makeup long lasting?
Our products have good coverage and high pigmentation making them very effective. However, in the absence of petroleum-based products, a touch-up may be necessary.
Are the products vegan?
Yes, all our cosmetics are vegan and cruelty-free, which means that they are all free of animal products. We use ingredients that do not exploit protected areas in order to respect the habitat of the species. We do not test on animals.
Are the products herbal?
Yes, all ingredients are plant-based.
Are the products organic?
Yes, most ingredients are certified organic.
How long do the products last?
In optimal conditions (a dry space, room temperature and tightly closed after each use) up to 12 months after opening the product.
For what skin type?
We offer non-comedogenic formulas suitable for all skin types. The nutritional benefits of our ingredients protect young skin and nourish mature skin. Our products are highly recommended for reactive skin, with rosacea or acne.
Can I sleep without removing my makeup?
No, this is not recommended. Although our makeup has wonderful nutritional benefits for the skin, we must not forget that it also acts as a protective shield against UV rays and external impurities, which will be retained in the makeup.
Why don't you have liquid presentations?
We are committed to solid cosmetics because they are practical, effective and the active ingredients are more concentrated. This presentation allows us to reduce packaging as much as possible.
Do you use micas?
In the formulation of certain shades of the Universal Stick, we use fair trade, social and environmentally friendly mica.
Do you use titanium dioxide?
No, we do not use this ingredient in formulations.
Do you use palm oil in your formulations?
No, we do not use palm oil, however, in some formulas we use stearic acid or cetyl alcohol, derivatives of sustainable palm oil certified RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil).
Do the products have an SPF?
Our products contain ingredients such as beta-carotene, zinc oxide or raspberry oil that protect the skin from solar radiation (UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays) and blue light from screens. However, we strongly recommend applying sunscreen before applying makeup to ensure optimal protection.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, the products have been formulated to minimize the risk of allergies. All ingredients are free of fragrances, nuts, gluten, nanoparticles, talc, pesticides, parabens, petroleum derivatives, mineral oils, silicones, paraffins, polysorbates, EDTA, BHT and BHA. However, it is always recommended to do a test in the crease of the elbow 24 hours before regular application.
Why does the list of ingredients say “may contain”?
The “may contain” label makes it easier to manage ingredient lists and packaging sizes to offer you products at affordable prices.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept any refunds on our products. If you received a broken product please contact us with a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase, we will send you a replacement of the same product (size, color and quantity). We will be happy to help you.
How will my order be packaged?
In keeping with Zero Waste, we use minimal cardboard and filler paper to protect products. We use paper tape to seal boxes. We ship 100% home compostable packages from our Montreal warehouse.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on package size and shipping destination.
What type of payment is accepted?
We accept debit cards, credit cards and gift cards online.
How long does delivery take?
Our processing time is 2 business days. After shipping, it may take 3-9 business days for the package to be delivered.
