Shipping Policy

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the order date. Orders placed in the afternoon are processed as if they arrived the next business day. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be longer.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, packages will take 3 to 9 business days depending on the carrier's delivery times.

3. COSTS
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $99 before tax will receive free shipping.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship internationally.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item please contact us at yanelcosmetiquenutritive@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase. We will then send you a replacement product for the item in question (same color and weight if available) or an equivalent product.

7. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Yanél cosmetic nutritive is not responsible for the loss of a package or a stolen package.

8. DELIVERY ERRORS
Yanél cosmetic nutritive is not responsible for delivery errors. It is the consumer's responsibility to check the delivery information before finalizing their order.
