Shipping Policy

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the order date. Orders placed after noon are processed as if they had arrived the next business day. Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, the carriers are responsible for delivery times. Packages can take between 3-9 business days.

3. COSTS
For variable shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For the free shipping threshold: Shipping is free for all orders over CA$99 before taxes.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship internationally.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item please contact us at yanel.cosmetiquesolide@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase, we will be happy to assist you and we will offer to send you a replacement product for it. item in question (same color and weight if available) or an equivalent product.

7. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Yanél cosmetic nutritive is not responsible for the loss of a package or a stolen package, nor for damaged packages. However, we will be ready to help you.

8. DELIVERY ERRORS
Yanél nutritional cosmetics is not responsible for delivery errors. It is up to the consumer to check the delivery information before finalizing their order.
